because my ankle is so jacked up and swollen, dear ole peggy suggested using epsom salt to reduce the swelling and the pain. i took her advice and bought a carton of it at the local CVS. i took it back to work not even realizing that its main use was as a stimulant laxative (yea i got made fun of at work for that). i carefully read the instructions on the side, noting all the uses. i see that i can use it in a bath or as a compression for my foot. so i go home and make a nice little bucket with warm water and the salt and put my foot in it for about an hour. my foot go wrinkly so i decided that was enough for one day. i cleaned everything up and went back to studying when the urge to doodoo hits me about half an hour later. i go to the restroom and do my business and everything is all good. i go back to studying and the urge comes back again. i do my business for the second time and it gets a lil more watery. i want to spare you the details but i ended up going 2 more times for a total of 4 times in less than half an hours time. then again at about 3am so i was like dayum...can this epsom salt be soaked up your foot to make you do the doo?
being a scientist and all i wanted to keep experimenting, and the next day i did the same thing. and surely enough the same result occured. wtf...i htought you were supposed to get laxatized only if you drank the stuff not if you just touch it!!! i bet those epsom salt company employees got some serious gastrointestinal problems. they must have some good facilities at those plants seeing as how they gotta get rid of all that sewage. so this is just a warning to everyone to be careful not to use epsom salt before an important interview, a hot date, or a big final exam.
